“From start to finish this moving process was flawless! The coordinator, Ellen Leary, kept in constant contact with just the right combination of friendliness and professionalism. I knew what to expect and when to expect it! The driver, Marcin, worked with two very competent move crews. I had a friend meet the crew at my home, as I was enroute to my new job. She called me to tell me how well it was going and was very pleased with the quality of the communication, care and labor.

On the receiving end, I was able to meet Marcin, the driver, and his crew. He called right on time to confirm, he arrived on time, found a space that was in tight quarters, without any requirement of my involvement, and protected all the carpet, wall corners, railings, etc., in a very proactive approach to insuring that my home would not experience any damage. They were pleasant to deal with, had a great sense of timing and convenience and were respectful of my neighbors. The crew and driver were very accommodating every step of the way. They were able to complete the move in a shorter time period than I anticipated. When they left me surrounded by a sea of boxes, I felt such a sense of relief that it had all gone so well! I have used two other large national movers previously, this move so far surpassed either of those I would recommend the All American Moving Services without hesitation and with great enthusiasm!”

“One Thursday afternoon near the end of the month this past January, I received a call from one of my VIP accounts who is located in CA and I am in MA. Her building out in CO was closing and the items needed to be out in two weeks. Simple enough I thought..until she NEEDED to meet with someone that following Tuesday due to she was flying in to CO that day.

YIKES..well if good luck would have it, the owner of my company told me to call All American. SO GLAD I did. I called and spoke with Ellen and told her the situation, and her response not a problem at all…we will take care of it. This simple move ended up being more complicated. Some items were being moved to two states,(ended up 3 states with extra stops) others being moved locally, then the cleanout. Kevin was the Sales rep that met the customer on the short notice. He made himself available when the customer needed him to be. He even went there the evening the local move was happening.

Ellen and I exchanged emails daily. Here I was thinking I knew the plan, but it seemed like the plans changed daily. Ellen kept me in the loop and letting me know additional info…such as additional items moving to additional states. NOT once did I ever get a negative attitude from anyone…the crew, warehouse, Ellen or Kevin!! You have a GREAT crew at All American…for the Star rating…I give them 10 STARS!! Thank you all for going ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!”

“Our move team helped us from start to finish; they simplified the planning phase insuring that we did not liss anything, accommodated our changes based on the decision to leave many items behind and worked with us to minimize cost by staging the articles to be moved. They came in under budget. The day of the move, the moving team was curtrous and professional, even when the elevator got stuck with one of their guys in it for over an hour… They adjusted and minimized the down time effect due to the elevator issue. Great to work with and would highly recommend them.”

“Your workers arrived on time for the move and started right in loading the truck. Though I didn’t watch their every move, they seemed to take precautions in protecting my belongings during the move. There were a few scratches, dents, and etc, but when isn’t there in a move. They were very polite and felt comfortable leaving them on their own to take care of the move.”

“All American helped us move from our home in Denver to another home in Denver. The move was set up/organized by Tom Shaw, who came to our home to see what we had to move and provide an estimate. Kevin Reddy was the first person we spoke w/ and he sent Tom over the next day. The day of the move, the crew showed up right on time and was professional, courteous, fun and very thorough. We had some extra things we asked them to do, primarily having them tie down some things we put in a PODS, and they were tremendously helpful and left me very confident that the stuff in the PODS wasn’t going to move at all when it was moved. BTW, they have a PODS like service as well and it is much less expensive. Andy was the crew lead and he was all about customer service…the crew was the same.”

“Kevin Reddy from AA Moving Services was an upmost professional without whom we could not have survived our big office move of 100+ employees. He came in to our office months before our move, holding meetings with team captains for each department and instructing me on how to oversee the entire move process for our office. We also received great help for our basement archive and storage needs from Thomas Meier (AA Document Storage) who helped us get over 2,000 square feet of old documentation figured out. He came by almost daily during out massive purge to bring us more shred bins and trash packs. I would recommend AA Moving and AA Document Storage services to anyone dealing with an office move! It’s a lot harder than you ever imagine, and these guys gave us the key to proper organization for a smooth move.”
